About The Event
This is a full transformation course for current or potential people managers that want to fully realize their potential and unlock their teams' and organizations' full performance capability.
This course is rooted in adult learning theory and includes all elements that enable real growth including measurement, coaching, accountability, prioritized, simple and effective content, an online component, group support and resources and interactive workshops.
The course structure includes:
- an individualized 360 assessment
- monthly live half day classes
- virtual group coaching in between sessions
- full assess to the online class to revisit topics and deepen learning
- the Super Manager book that the course is based on
- email access to other participants and the trainer and coach
- and assessment at the end to measure progress
Each live class is held at TAM and starts at 1pm and runs to between 4 and 5pm. Most months its the second Tuesday of the month other than December which will be the 2nd Wednesday. The live class dates are:
- August 13th
- September 10th
- October 8th
- November 12th
- December 11th
- January 14th
